My Apologies

Please accept my humblest apologies for the delay in posting my blog.

My only defense is that I am new to the "world" of blogging and have
been experiencing a few teething problems.

This past week has been good for those of you who are contemplating
purchasing a home....CMHC reported that the average home price will
grow by 1.6 per cent this year and 0.8 per cent in 2010.

In their Housing Forecast they reported that the recent shift to more
expensive single detached resale housing will continue in the immediate
term but will slow as mortgage carrying costs rise through the back half
of 2010.

Mortgage rates fell, RBC taking the lead followed by the other major
lenders. The lower rates being very positive for those wishing to enter
the market, especialy first time buyers.

For those off you who are contemplating a move..........Now is a good time.

There are a many BUYERS out there, and not much PRODUCT.

I hope that you all enjoyed the great weather this past week-end.

Kiddies and grandkids are back at school, our youngest and her
hubby have gone back home.........reality sets in. Time to get to
work!

If to-days listings were any indication of what is to come, then we
are in for a busy "Fall Market".
